These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vidbreak.com and the VidBreak service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
VidBreak is a self-service video-analysis product. It can analyze an authorized video source and produce scene breakdowns, reconstructed scripts, pacing and retention observations, viral-pattern analysis, text prompts, rewrites, and exports.
VidBreak does not host a public video-sharing service, publish or redistribute source videos, provide source-video downloads, or guarantee that any output will be accurate, original, lawful, monetizable, or successful.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification or additional security checks.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VidBreak and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, copy, temporarily store, transform, and analyze that content only to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you own the source or have all permissions needed to upload, import, analyze, and use it. A publicly accessible URL does not by itself grant permission. You must comply with the source platform's terms and applicable copyright, privacy, publicity, and other laws.
VidBreak provides structural analysis, not a license to copy or republish third-party expression. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that anything you publish is original and lawful.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use VidBreak as a downloader, ripper, piracy tool, platform-restriction bypass, or method of reproducing or distributing content without permission.
VidBreak currently sells one-time credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. Current prices and included credits are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Credits are a limited license to use eligible VidBreak features; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property.
Purchased credits do not expire under the current product policy. Credits may be deducted based on selected duration and analysis options. The estimate shown before analysis is the applicable product estimate; interrupted or failed work is handled under the service's credit-recovery rules.
We may change future prices, pack sizes, and credit costs, but changes do not retroactively reduce credits already purchased.
Creem acts as Merchant of Record for VidBreak purchases. Creem processes checkout and payment information, issues receipts, handles applicable indirect taxes, and may assist with refunds or disputes. Your purchase may also be subject to Creem's buyer terms.
Do not send payment-card details to VidBreak support. For refund eligibility and the request process, see the Refund Policy.
VidBreak uses automated and AI-assisted processing. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to publicly known material. You must independently review outputs before relying on or publishing them.
VidBreak is an independent product and does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with source platforms or underlying AI-model providers.
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, legal compliance, reliability, and cost control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes that negatively affect purchased functionality.
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, infringement, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and delete your account through available account controls. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
VidBreak's software, brand, interface, and original service materials belong to VidBreak or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of VidBreak technology or any third-party source.
Subject to these Terms, you may use generated text outputs for lawful purposes. That permission does not override third-party rights or guarantee exclusivity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidBreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or decisions based on generated output. VidBreak's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for VidBreak during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update date. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
