This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects creators, rights holders, users, and the VidBreak service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You may upload or import a video only when you own it or have permission and a lawful basis to analyze it. A public URL does not itself grant permission.
You must follow the source platform's terms. VidBreak may temporarily retrieve or process media to provide analysis, but it is not a video downloader, ripper, archiving service, or redistribution service. You may not use VidBreak to evade access controls, download restrictions, paywalls, geographic restrictions, or technical protection measures.

VidBreak outputs are analytical and AI-assisted. You must review them before use. Structural observations do not grant rights to third-party expression, footage, music, likenesses, brands, or confidential information.
When publishing work inspired by an analysis, add meaningful original contribution and comply with applicable platform disclosure, reused-content, synthetic-media, advertising, and monetization rules.
We may reject a source, stop processing, preserve limited security evidence, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this AUP or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may ask for evidence that you are authorized to use a source.
To report infringement, abuse, or a safety concern, email support@vidbreak.com with the relevant URL, account or order reference if available, a description of the concern, and evidence supporting the report. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
