How refunds work for VidBreak one-time credit-pack purchases

1. One-Time Credit Packs

VidBreak currently sells one-time credit packs. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The price and number of credits are displayed before checkout.

2. When to Contact Us

Email support@vidbreak.com if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • credits were not delivered after a confirmed payment;
  • a verified technical failure prevented the purchased service from being provided;
  • you believe a purchase was unauthorized; or
  • you want us to review an unused credit-pack purchase.

Include the email used at checkout, the Creem order or receipt identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or government ID.

3. Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Requests for an unused credit pack should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed for completed or substantially processed analysis are normally non-refundable, except when required by law or when a verified service failure justifies a refund.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, missing credit delivery, and confirmed billing errors will be investigated regardless of ordinary usage rules. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

4. Processing

Creem is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Creem may also issue refunds or take other action under its buyer terms, fraud controls, chargeback-prevention duties, or applicable law.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within three business days. Once approved and submitted, the time for funds to appear depends on Creem, the payment network, and your financial institution. Currency-conversion differences and bank processing times are outside VidBreak's control.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. This does not restrict any right you have to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
