Pricing and credits
How credits are calculated, what packs cost, and common account states.
Anyone can explore the rights-clean sample. Create an account to analyze your own sources; new accounts include a starter credit grant.
How credits are calculated
Each analysis task has a 15-second base price, then 1 credit per 5 additional seconds:
- Script reconstruction is always included.
- AI video prompts and Viral DNA are optional tasks that add their own base and per-second credits.
- Ranges under 15 seconds bill as 15 seconds.
- The exact estimate is confirmed before deep analysis starts, and analysis never spends without that confirmation.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs. Buy once, spend on any analysis - credits never expire. Your first credit purchase includes a one-time +50% credit bonus on any pack; the bonus applies once per account and does not combine with other discounts.
Credits arrive in your balance right after checkout completes.
Common states
- Insufficient credits: the estimate is higher than the current spendable balance. Buy a credit pack or shorten the range.
- Task already running: one task at a time is allowed for each user; wait for the active task to finish.
- Source expired: original media is no longer playable after the 24-hour source-retention boundary, but the structured result may still exist.
- Result removed: the account exceeded its retained-result capacity and an oldest-first eviction occurred.
Security
Uploads use user-scoped object keys and short-lived signed requests. Worker and retention routes require service authentication. Platform protection does not replace your responsibility to use authorized source media and protect your own account credentials.
